In order to offer excellent batch-to-batch consistency of our products and consequently gain a better understanding of customers’ application on our powders, we have setup the following application R&D laboratories.
 
1. MIM & PM Laboratory
This laboratory is equipped with comprehensive MIM-related equipments to simulate the powder application processes from the customer perspective.  These processes include the compounding, injection moulding, debinding, sintering and finishing (also known as ‘secondary operations’), etc.  Therefore, we could produce standard MIM parts in small scale so as to study component properties.  By doing this, we could retrieve scientific data to guide our powder production and eventually obtain  better control on our powder quality.
 
 
2. Diamond Tools Laboratory
This laboratory is equipped with Diamond tool’s matrix formulation and detecting facilities. By simulating the powder application processes from the customer perspective, we could research on the cutting performance and the lifespan , as well as other properties of the finished products.
 
 
3. Soft Magnetic Materials Laboratory
This laboratory is equipped with the mainstream soft magnetic materials formulation equipment, by which we could produce choke coil, SMD inductor and other passive electronic components in small scale to understand and detect their magnetization behavior and physical properties.  in a result,  the experiment data help us develop the  magnetic and anti-rust properties of our powders.
